5 years ago, I noticed a gap

I spent years in medical sales — a career I loved, but one that left me itching to create something with my own hands. About five years ago I started buying properties, flipping them, and building a small rental portfolio. I kept gravitating toward the higher-end fixtures: the freestanding tub. The statement chandelier. The custom cabinets that turn a kitchen from "renovated" into a room you can't stop walking into.

What I kept hearing — from neighbors, from contractors, from people who stopped by my flips — was the same thing: "I'd love finishes like this, but I assumed I couldn't afford them." That was the moment Lux218 made sense: a showroom where luxury kitchens and baths weren't gatekept by big-city pricing.
